{"id":59357,"date":"2021-07-21T11:38:10","date_gmt":"2021-07-21T11:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=59357"},"modified":"2021-07-21T11:38:10","modified_gmt":"2021-07-21T11:38:10","slug":"lexdan-select-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/lexdan-select-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Lexdan Select Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Factory Director must have managed beverage manufacturing plants.\u00a0Responsible for the execution, management, reporting and financial performance of the factory in line with the budget and expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Oversees the management of all the activities involved in running of the factory, such as planning and delivery of raw materials, production, maintenance operations and quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Factory Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implementation of effective factory activities including the development of work plans, recruitment of personnel, and management of teams<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Create and execute project plans and revise where appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the factory, scope and budget<\/li>\n<li>Apply company methodology and enforce standards to minimise exposure and risk<\/li>\n<li>Analyses profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the production lines within the budgeted parameters<\/li>\n<li>Supervising current expansion operation and ensure the project\u00a0remains on track<\/li>\n<li>Implementing daily routines and reporting structures for the Heads of Departments, to ensure the effective management of the operations<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating current practices and identify\/propose improvement paths<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and ensuring the health and safety policies of the company are implemented across the factory<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the operations are conducted in an effective and organised manner<\/li>\n<li>Establishing training and development plans to enhance the knowledge of the sector supervisors and work force<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires constant multi-tasking<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working across cultures<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in similar roles managing similar factory, with experience in managing teams and operations, and in writing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organise,\u00a0prioritise\u00a0and allocate workload<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and\u00a0mobilise\u00a0work force<\/li>\n<li>High level of computer competence and literacy of the MS Office Package \/ SAP would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Factory Director must have managed beverage manufacturing plants.\u00a0Responsible for the execution, management, reporting and financial performance of the factory in line with the budget and expectations.
