The role reports to the CEO<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Rquirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy<\/li>\n<li>Meet periodic sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coach sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales executives<\/li>\n<li>Create and conduct proposal presentations<\/li>\n<li>Control expenses to meet budget guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures<\/li>\n<li>Represent company at international trade fairs to promote products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree from a recognized university<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years of experience in a multinational FMCG environment with at least 2 year in a middle management position<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication<\/li>\n<li>International exposure would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>High intellectual capability-aptitude, spatial, conceptual and numerical abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT background in\u00a0 MS suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Assertive<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people management and human relations skills<\/li>\n<li>Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Valuing Customers<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven &amp; goal oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiating skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send attached CVs to\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">cv1@platogh.com<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Note: Only short listed candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall implementation of plans and strategies for the achievement of the organizations marketing and sales objectives.
