Provide strategic direction for the bank&#8217;s agricultural proposition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct inspections for the Commercial and SME segments in support of new and increased facilities<\/li>\n<li>Proactively seeking and acquiring new commercial agricultural business opportunities for the bank<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identifying and structuring deals in the agric segment in support of Account Executive\/Business Manager targets<\/li>\n<li>Support Account Executives and Business Managers in the expansion of existing agri portfolios by maintaining close and frequent contact with Account Executives, Business Managers and clients to analyze and establish ongoing needs and to assist clients to better understand their financial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive agricultural guidelines and Productive Value Tables to provide guidance regarding new\/increased facilities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and Support Account Executives in structuring\/customizing credit loan facility options and parameters to regularize high-risk relationships thereby preventing the Bank making unforeseen losses\/provisions<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with all clients to analyze and identify needs and to assist clients to better understand their financial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Add value to the business by conveying\/presenting on Agric pointers, on different agric industries and presenting case studies for information sharing purposes, to sales staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in\u00a0Agric related field. A Masters Degree is preferable<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years agricultural market experience preferable in a banking environment<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to the preparation and motivation of Credit applications is preferable<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge and understanding of a diverse range of agricultural business, property valuation, credit and economic principles<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of the agricultural market, the economic factors which influence it and the needs of business in this sector<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of legal information pertaining to the agricultural industry<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of Agriculture Value Proposition and delivery strategy<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of budgeting and profitability management processes<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, Methodical and Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle pressure\/conflict<\/li>\n<li>Result-orientated and Resilient<\/li>\n<li>Good numerical ability<\/li>\n<li>Proven people management and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons may e-mail their application letter with current Curriculum Vitae (CV) to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh\">recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh<\/a>\u00a0or post to:<\/p>\n<div>\n<strong>Head of Human\u00a0Resources<br \/>\nStanbic Bank Ghana<br \/>\nP.
