Marine construction, sea defense and coastal engineering communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORT TO:<\/strong>\u00a0Managing Director<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business<\/li>\n<li>Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise<\/li>\n<li>Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an important issue for the business<\/li>\n<li>Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity<\/li>\n<li>Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Act as a positive representation of the business to the community<\/li>\n<li>Leading\u00a0communitydevelopment\u00a0activities, such as \u2018fun days\u2019,\u00a0apprenticeships,\u00a0work\u00a0experience\u00a0schemes, lectures, and so on.<\/li>\n<li>Building a \u2018community\u00a0spirit\u2019 around a\u00a0project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0planning obligations are\u00a0met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of experience as Stakeholder and community liaison urban dredging or construction.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a stakeholder liaison in a dredging, marine construction, sea defense, dam dredging etc communities will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, skills and abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-oriented attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems<\/li>\n<li>Capability to negotiate with and influence others<\/li>\n<li>Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants may submit application and curriculum vitae to the under listed email address on or before 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0July, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>To:<strong>\u00a0career@dmlghana.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DML is a market leader in dredging and has a sizable presence in Marine and Civil Construction.
