Monitoring and Evaluation Officer<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><em>Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals for the following position.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for managing Camfed&#8217;s M&amp;E database system, including ensuring quality, timeliness and consolidation of programme data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0All successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel<\/li>\n<li>You must have an eye for detail with strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis and management skills<\/li>\n<li>You must have a degree in development, research related or relevant field with at least 5 years working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>2.\u00a0Training Officer<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><em>Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals for the following position.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating and monitoring trainings for the Cama Network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0All successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel<\/li>\n<li>You must have an eye for detail with strong planning and report writing\u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>You must have a degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years working experience. The training officer will report to the Training Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>3.\u00a0Administrator<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><em>Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic individuals for the following position.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be responsible for effective day-to-day running of the office, supporting financial record keeping and providing logistical support for local and international travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0All successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel<\/li>\n<li>You must have an eye for detail, be flexible, proactive and possess a problem-solving approach to work<\/li>\n<li>You must be able to use your own initiative and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>You must have a degree and\/or recognized qualification in administration or related field.
