{"id":59801,"date":"2021-08-05T17:36:20","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T17:36:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=59801"},"modified":"2021-08-05T17:36:20","modified_gmt":"2021-08-05T17:36:20","slug":"alpha-beta-education-centres-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/alpha-beta-education-centres-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Alpha Beta Education Centres Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Montessori Teachers ( Preschool)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.<\/li>\n<li>Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing rapport and building relationships with students based on trust.<\/li>\n<li>Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working conditions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in early childhood teaching, education, or a related discipline is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Completed training at an accredited Montessori Centre.<\/li>\n<li>Additional courses or training in education would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about education.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent observational, communication, planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.<\/li>\n<li>A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Montessori Teachers ( Preschool) Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
