{"id":60311,"date":"2021-08-23T05:14:16","date_gmt":"2021-08-23T05:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=60311"},"modified":"2021-08-23T05:14:16","modified_gmt":"2021-08-23T05:14:16","slug":"modec-ghana-vacancies-2021-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/modec-ghana-vacancies-2021-3.html","title":{"rendered":"MODEC Ghana Vacancies 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Manage all maintenance activities on the FPSO process and utilities plant in a safe and efficient manner, being aware of safety of others, effective utilisation of FPSO systems and processes related to FPSO operations, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements and in line with the 35 x Performance standards\/associated assurance tasks<\/p>\n<p>Provides and Manages all maintenance activities for Topsides and Engine room\/Utilities as directed by relevant Discipline Supervisor on the FPSO as outlined in PD below.<\/p>\n<p>Manage all preventative maintenance and repair work, shutdowns, isolations and planned maintenance in accordance with the CMMS ensuring.<\/p>\n<p>All maintenance and maintenance related activities are carried out to the highest standards<\/p>\n<p>All test and inspection routines required by the Planned Maintenance System are completed<\/p>\n<p>Proper records\/history and reports are maintained<\/p>\n<p>Review and update Job descriptions for planned maintenance as required<\/p>\n<p>Be familiar with and lead by example with the Facility\u2019s plant and machinery their safe operation and maintenance and will ensure knowledge of safety requirements including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, company policy and instructions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Areas of activity<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facility Management Systems Maintenance, Standards and Procedures<\/li>\n<li>PTW System Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>CMMS Maintenance activities and improvements and purchasing activities:<\/li>\n<li>Shutdown and Major Maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manage all planned preventative and remedial maintenance as described in maintenance management system work instructions<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for weekly monitoring checks on safety and production critical equipment, reporting any deviation of set parameters and raise work orders in maintenance management system<\/p>\n<p>Manage all fault finding and diagnostic checks on all vessel equipment, ensuring any repairs are addressed promptly.
