\n\u2022 Oversee the activities and performance of team members
\n\u2022 Develop the sales team through motivation, training and product knowledge.
\n\u2022 Study and report on Market trends
\n\u2022 Maximize revenue and debt recorvery<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3-5 years experience in the business
\n\u2022 Experience in Agro chemical \/FMCG Business
\n\u2022 Graphic design is a plus
\n\u2022 Basic Computer skills required (Excel, Microsoft, PPT)<\/p>\n
