We operate in the business divisions of\u00a0 Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Security Systems, Thermo Technology, Drive and Control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"title\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Pricing and Data Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pricing strategy &amp; implementation &amp; maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Pricing Strategy which will deliver profitable growth across the portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Lead and drive implementation and execution of the Pricing Strategy across markets.<\/li>\n<li>Definition of price corridors<\/li>\n<li>Build framework to gather competitive pricing intelligence across the country<\/li>\n<li>Drive the adoption of global pricing policies and processes within the regional organizations<\/li>\n<li>Represent the country on all corporate-wide pricing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Implement &amp; track defined and agreed price measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Controlling and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Bosch Ghana Pricing Governance and monthly reviews with key internal stakeholders to review pricing KPI\u2019s, performance and generate action plans<\/li>\n<li>Implement processes to monitor local adherence to agreed pricing strategies for all product lines<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage pricing analysis for the Business Unites, defining the key metrics and delivering required reporting to all key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate product cost communication between Product Marketing, Regional Product Specialists and Marketing Managers\u00a0 for changes during the year.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate argumentation for marketing managers increases (in connection with product Marketing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deployment of Price Strategy Handbook and Pricing processes into the region\/countries.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Integrated Pricing Tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business,Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field of study or equivalent related work experience<\/li>\n<li>Qualified in Marketing and Sales instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<section id=\"st-additionalInformation\" class=\"job-section\">\n<p class=\"title\">Additional Information<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in automotive industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven professional pricing related experience required, preferably within Marketing, Commercial or Finance (specific experience of running strategic pricing programmes ideal).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the use of market research for pricing<\/li>\n<li>Experience of using revenue management software to analyse and set price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex situations<\/li>\n<li>Project Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data management skills, and experience in statistical techniques<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in influencing Commercial teams to deliver growth through price and profitability management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corporate success at Bosch is determined by innovation capability and an edge in know-how.
