Plant Pool (GH) Ltd, is a fast growing company and dealers in supplies of Heavy Duty and Earthmoving Equipments, Dump Trucks and Sanitation Equipments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Job Vacancy:\u00a0Service Advisor<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks:<\/strong>\u00a0the key tasks include but not limited to the following<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repair works on their vehicles, trucks and equipments.<\/li>\n<li>Receive complaints from customers and direct them to the appropriate workshops for necessary action and do follow ups on the progress of the job.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the service reception, book vehicles in and out of the workshops as well as advising customers on the work required or progress made on their vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Min. of HND Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Option)<\/li>\n<li>Min. of 3yrs experience in similar position<\/li>\n<li>Must have good customer relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid drivers\u2019 license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All qualified applicants should submit their applications letters, CVs and relevant certificates to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@japlantpoolgh.com\">careers@japlantpoolgh.com<\/a>.
