The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and executes all web, SEO\/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.<\/li>\n<li>Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.<\/li>\n<li>Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.<\/li>\n<li>Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and subordinate involvement<\/li>\n<li>Managing processes<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated yet customer-focused<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis<\/li>\n<li>Able to develop budgets<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with financial planning and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ideal candidate will expand the company\u2019s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to.
