An opportunity has risen in the company for forwarding looking individuals to pursue a job-enriching career.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>This an Executive level position and the successful candidate will report directly to the Human\u00a0Resource and Administrative Manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she will support the HR and Administrative manager in the planning, development and implementation for Corporate HR strategies to manage all levels of about 3,000 employees (regular and technical contract) of the Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The position is ideal for an HR practitioner who aspires to reach the commanding heights of his\/her career in a responsibility-challenging environment. The job comes along with a competitive salary and generous fringe benefits to attract the right talents.<br \/>\n<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The successful candidate, aged between 35 and 45 years, should possess at least a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university and should have extensive experience in Recruitment, Wage and Salary Administration, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Budgeting and Industrial Relations.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should have a high level knowledge of Excel and other HR-related software and must be a member of the Institute of Human\u00a0Resource Management, Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP).
