The Institute of Accountancy Training (IAT), under the Ministry of Finance was established in 1970 to provide in-service training in Public Administration, Public Sector Accounting and Public Sector Financial Management for the Ministry\u2019s as well as the civil and the public services\u2019 staffs.<\/p>\n
The Institute, currently undergoing restructuring needs to strengthen its administrative structure to help implement the reforms. Applications are therefore invited from qualified officers for the following vacancy:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Establish close contact with institutions, media houses and the p0ress to manage Institution\u2019s information
\n\u2022 Research into aspects of Institute to document its achievements and programmes for publication and press events
\n\u2022 Edit reports and collates all scripts, feature articles, write ups, etc, submitted by staff
\n\u2022 Collate materials to develop official publications of the Institute
\n\u2022 Develop and implement appropriate strategy for public education campaign
\n\u2022 Supervise the collation of data for the development of budgets, annual and other reports of the Institute<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have completed statutory National Service
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Conversant with government institutional policies
\n\u2022 Good organisation and leadership abilities
\n\u2022 Knowledge on publications (i.e. brochures, magazines, etc.)
\n\u2022 Policy formation and analysis skills
\n\u2022 Monitory and evaluation skills
\n\u2022 Good presentation skills
\n\u2022 Proficiency in relevant IT applications
\n\u2022 Knowledge in basic French Language and other foreign languages
\n\u2022 Ability to manage people and work with little supervision<\/p>\n
