Securities and Exchange Commission recruits <strong>Officer (Market Surveillance)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Applicant will report to the Manager, Market Surveillance and will assist with:<\/p>\n<p>Assist with field inspections of market operators to ensure compliance with the securities industry laws and regulations<br \/>\nAssist with inspections of Fund operators to ensure compliance with the securities laws and regulations<br \/>\nReview returns of Dealers and Investment Advisers and make appropriate recommendation<br \/>\nRecommend any serious violations, and breaches for further investigation or enforcement<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p>BSc Administration, Accounting\/Finance, BCom or equivalent qualification<br \/>\nKnowledge in securities market operation is desirable<br \/>\nMust have completed National Service<br \/>\nComputer literate<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified persons should send their Application letter and CV to the addressed below:<\/p>\n<p>Head, Administrative and Human Resource<br \/>\nSecurities and Exchange Commission<br \/>\n30, 3 Circular Road, Cantonments<br \/>\nP.
