\n\u2022 Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR and Administration operational needs and plans for the Bank<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development.
\n\u2022 MBA or Masters degree in related field is an added advantage
\n\u2022 Relevant professional certifications & membership of professional associations in Ghana or abroad will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations
\n\u2022 Experience in Financial Services or related sector within Africa is an advantage
\n\u2022 Evidence of excellent leadership, goal achievement, stakeholder engagement, professionalism, networking, and collaborative skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Strategy and Organizational Design
\n\u2022 Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG).<\/p>\n
