{"id":61184,"date":"2021-09-22T12:28:21","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T12:28:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=61184"},"modified":"2021-09-22T12:28:21","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T12:28:21","slug":"zormelo-associates-jobs-2021-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/zormelo-associates-jobs-2021-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Zormelo &#038; Associates Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head, Management and Information System<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JOB OBJECTIVE<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop and maintain broad knowledge of the company\u2019s\u2019 business and technology requirements and needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and manage software and hardware installations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide customer support for OS issues, network problems and software installations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.<\/p>\n<p>EXPERIENCE\/KNOWLEDGE<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
