\n\u2022 Creates examinations schedules
\n\u2022 Sets up examination venues as per Academic Board requirements
\n\u2022 Provides data for archive files and historical records relating to assessment and examinations; .
\n\u2022 Assists in identifying training needs of examination invigilators and organizes appropriate development opportunities
\n\u2022 Processes attendance and training
\n\u2022 Records for examination invigilators
\n\u2022 Reports on activities and assignments undertaken
\n\u2022 Undertakes any other duties that may be assigned by Management.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A Professional Nurse or Midwife; and
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years of progressive working experience in an educational institution with experience in organizing examinations.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent managerial skills
\n\u2022 Ability to organize workload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
\n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills
