\nProvide overall leadership, Coordination, Guidance and Supervision of the operation of the Customer Services Division in order to ensure total customer satisfaction for clients<\/p>\n
\nEstablish and implement procedures for internal communication to ensure that information is transmitted and feedback obtained on activities and problem encountered in the course of duty
\nImplement systems to ensure that commercial losses or revenue leakages are either avoided or reduced to the barest minimum
\nEnsure that Customer complaints are promptly addressed in a satisfactory and efficient manner<\/p>\n
\nAn MBA is desirable
\n6 years post qualification experience in a similar position with at least five years in a senior management position<\/p>\n
