{"id":61398,"date":"2021-09-30T11:25:10","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T11:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=61398"},"modified":"2021-09-30T11:25:10","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T11:25:10","slug":"forewin-ghana-limited-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/forewin-ghana-limited-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Forewin Ghana Limited Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head of Legal\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing Legal and regulatory advisory and support on all matters relating to the daily operations of affiliated companies.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Undertaking company secretarial duties.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Monitoring and coordinating compliance activities of affiliated companies.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Negotiating , drafting and reviewing of Commercial Agreements.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Drafting of Sub-distributorship agreements\/key Distributorship agreements\/General Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Negotiating, drafting and reviewing third party\/service contracts.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Drafting collateral documentation for customers\/sub distributors\/key accounts<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Providing legal assistance to the Finance Department on all matters relating to financial and security documentation for financial services (i.e. facilities, guarantees etc)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Undertaking all required registration and re-registrations with relevant statutory and regulatory bodies.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Legal endorsement\/certification of all company and employee personal documentation ( official\/personal uses)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Attending court on behalf of the company in all pending litigation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Liaising with external counsels\/prosecutors on pending litigation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Overseeing all correspondence (oral\/written) with third parties, statutory\/regulatory bodies on legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Liaising\/supervising in-house head of security on debt collection and related matters.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Liaising and assisting the Police during criminal investigations and prosecutions( watching brief).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Providing legal assistance on all property related matters ( negotiations on property transactions: tenancies, lease renewals, sale &amp; purchases)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Reviewing and drafting of all land documentation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Providing legal support to HR: In-house disciplinary hearings; CBA Negotiations; meeting with the various Trade Unions;
