The role ensures that all after-sales issues raised by corporate customers are resolved with the aid of an internal support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selling of iBurst\u2019s\u00a0 corporate products and services<\/li>\n<li>Account management \/post sales support<\/li>\n<li>Up-selling to existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Market intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Propose client retention strategies<\/li>\n<li>Writing of proposals<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for KYCs (Know Your Customer) of the customer<\/li>\n<li>Gain insights into the customer operations<\/li>\n<li>Give product\/service presentations using presentation tools such as Power Point to corporate clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Marketing or related subjects.<\/li>\n<li>3 years selling experience, at least 1 of which must be internet services, software of IT products<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Telecommunications industry<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent negotiating skills, ability to build and develop strong relationships<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and presentation software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for this vacancy, send your CV and Cover Letter to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@iburstghana.com\">jobs@iburstghana.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing 9th November, 2011<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iBurstAfrica, a fast growing independent Wireless Internet Service Provider in Ghana seeks to recruit an energetic and experienced person fill the under-listed position: Key Account Manager.
