Company is also active in urban drainage and drain construction.<\/p>\n<p>Dredge Masters Limited (DML) is an ISO certified company with certification in Quality ISO 9001:2015, occupational health and safety ISO 45001:2018 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 standards from Bureau Veritas.<\/p>\n<p>DML is known for quality and high operational excellence and adheres to sustainable development goals (SDG\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Head Technical (Cutter Suction)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DML is currently looking for a Head of Technical (Cutter Suction)<strong>\u00a0to provide technical direction and its application on business decisions and execution of specific projects<\/strong>\u00a0and create forecasts predicting future growth with a good verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO:\u00a0 MANAGING DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HEAD TECHNICAL (CUTTER SUCTION)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical and Administrative Head of Workshop and Repair and Maintenance of Dredgers and earthmoving Equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Support role in Inventory Management, Procurement and Operations<\/li>\n<li>Technical planning and advice to Management<\/li>\n<li>Cost control and Budget formulation function as applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Advisory to Operations and other Functional Groups.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Advisory role to Management as and when required\/solicited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB SPECIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BE (Mechanical) or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years working experience as Technical Head of Cutter Suction Dredgers Repair Workshop\/Repair and Maintenance Units and 12 years for experience for Higher Diploma holder.<\/li>\n<li>Additional advantage in related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience \u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10\u00a0 Yrs Experience as Technical Head of Cutter Suction Dredgers Repair workshop\/ Repair and Maintenance Units for BE ( Mechanical) \u00a0and 12 Years for Higher Diploma Holder in\u00a0 reputed Dredging Company(ies).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in trailer suction repair and Maintenance is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of specialized software\u2019s for Repair and Maintenance and inventory Management for Dredgers<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Dry- Docking, Dry- Dock Repairs and afloat \u00a0Repair and Maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>At least 05 years of Experience on board \u2013 Cutter\/ Trailer Suction Dredgers.<\/li>\n<li>Good leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Verbal and Written in English as per Engineering and Marine Practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants may submit application and curriculum vitae to the under listed email address<br \/>\nTo:\u00a0<strong>career@dmlghana.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DML is a market leader in dredging and has a sizable presence in Marine and Civil Construction.
