Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

The Service Manager is responsible for the aftermarket field service support delivery to SFM & CNS customers. This role is field service management focused and concentrates on providing aftermarket support, technical expertise and engineering service support to internal and external customers.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Management of SFM & CNS aftermarket service personnel to provide effective field service support<\/li>\n
  2. Financial management of the SFM\u00a0&\u00a0CNS business including budgeting<\/li>\n
  3. Developing direct customer relationships and working with the internal sales and marketing teams as to support new equipment deliveries and commissioning<\/li>\n
  4. Provide strategic leadership for the continued growth and expansion of the aftermarket service business across SFM & CNS segments in Ghana, including the introduction of new service offerings into the market<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure consistence in service offering delivery aimed at world class best practices service standards and quality performance offered across SFM & CNS customer segments<\/li>\n
  6. Keep up to date in relation to customer service requirements, service delivery performance, service competition and market share development within Ghana<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n

    Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Degree Qualified Engineer or trade background with equivalent technical service and management experience<\/li>\n
    2. Post Graduate qualifications in business desirable<\/li>\n
    3. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
