\n\u2022 Collate and analyse information and data for the development of technical specifications for the requisitioning and the deployment of equipment software resources and other IT systems for the Section\/Unit
\n\u2022 Conduct IT application systems testing and make recommendations for further action
\n\u2022 Conduct process analayses of systems and applications and provide inputs\/recommendations to support IT application design, development and deployment for the section\/unit
\n\u2022 Provide information for design and development of procedures, standards and guidelines to support the implementation of IT systems for the section\/unit
\n\u2022 Collect and analyse data in the investigations of complaints on the IT systems for appropriate action
\n\u2022 Collect and analayse data on the testing of application systems deployed in the section\/unit
\n\u2022 Provide inputs for the preparation of periodic reports for the section\/unit<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Develop and manage meaningful relationships with cross functional teams on the networks
\n\u2022 Work with other market teams to support the development of a standardized market strategy
\n\u2022 Act as domain expert and point of contact for internal partners and vendor partners to review and analyse complex issues
\n\u2022 Partner with user facing teams such as content-generators to understand their customer needs
\n\u2022 Be able to understand and articular the Corporate\u2019s IT enforcement strategies
\n\u2022 Analyse reports and dashboards to monitor and investigate identity related trends
\n\u2022 Lead project initiatives to find new and innovative ways to consistently improve identity efforts and user experience
\n\u2022 Develop and deliver training on various policies and workflows as required
\n\u2022 Help define quality review guidelines and perform quality audits as needed
\n\u2022 Ability to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content including, but not limited o, vulgar language, hate speech, violent threats, pornography and other socially deviant and\/or disturbing graphic images<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 4 years post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
\n\u2022 Relevant advance professional Level IT certificates or industry competency based certifications
\n\u2022 Must belong to the relevant professional association\/body\/institution<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good knowledge in IT system designs, Data and specification analysis
\n\u2022 Good knowledge and understanding of IT security, systems, operations and general protocols
\n\u2022 Good knowledge and understanding of IT regulations, standards and general protocols
\n\u2022 Good knowledge and understanding of Business Process Analysis for IT Application systems
\n\u2022 Good knowledge and understanding of IT Application System Testing
\n\u2022 Knowledge of public sector rules, regulations, systems and procedures
\n\u2022 Basic administrative skills (i.e report-writing, basic-problem solving & presentation)
\n\u2022 Research and analysis skills
\n\u2022 Ability to lead teams<\/p>\n
