{"id":61502,"date":"2021-10-05T07:37:13","date_gmt":"2021-10-05T07:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=61502"},"modified":"2021-10-05T07:37:13","modified_gmt":"2021-10-05T07:37:13","slug":"mainone-jobs-2021-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mainone-jobs-2021-3.html","title":{"rendered":"MainOne Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Data Center Facility\/BMS Engineer (Level 1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Data Centre Facility &amp; BMS Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing of day to day operational problems pertaining to Access Control, VMS (Visitor Management System), Fire Alarm systems, CCTV issues, VESDA, &amp; BMS. Other responsibilities shall include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and reporting of All Electrical systems (Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders &amp; Transformers) Reading and Consumption Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Preparation and Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.<\/li>\n<li>First level troubleshooting and resolution of Mechanical and Electrical related faults relating to Generators, Chillers, HPAC\/CRAC units, secondary Pumps, Extractor fans, UPS, AVR etc.<\/li>\n<li>Power provisioning for customers \u2013 Installation of PDMs, PDUs and customer ATS.<\/li>\n<li>Plan &amp; execute all preventive maintenance schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain adequate records for undergoing operational audits both internal as well as external.<\/li>\n<li>Facility Infrastructure routine check- daily weekly, Monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and prompt daily reporting on electrical\/mechanical infrastructure within the data center campus<\/li>\n<li>Facility vendor\/Contractor supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage all facility housekeeping (Cleaning of offices and critical environments) through a janitorial service vendor\/domestic support staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B-Eng.
