Manage stakeholders including Commercial teams, technical teams, suppliers and vendors to assist the business to complete projects according to plan, scope, schedule, quality and cost. These projects range from, IT projects, Fixed and Mobile network expansion projects, as well as product development projects. The project manager works with all stakeholders \/ sponsors and third parties to deliver the required project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibility<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the team to Prepare project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Scoping of projects<\/li>\n<li>Innovation and reviewing of processes<\/li>\n<li>Allocation &amp; effective management of external suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Project Supervision<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting, cost control and financial tracking<\/li>\n<li>Dependency identification and management<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li>Network designs and record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Communication between all involved parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Business Partnering<\/p>\n<p>Partner and Vendor Management<\/p>\n<p>Agile<\/p>\n<p>Project and Programme Management<\/p>\n<p>Business Acumen<\/p>\n<p>Complexity Management<\/p>\n<p>Expert Communication<\/p>\n<p>Risk Assessment<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical \/ Professional Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Telecom\/electrical engineering, physics or mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Professional accreditation to any recognised professional bodies, especially PrinceII or PMP<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in telecommunications and specialised in either, IT infrastructure, IT applications, IT security, IT operations, IP, 2G\/3G networks, power, &amp; fixed access networks<\/li>\n<li>1-5 or more years\u2019 experience in telecommunications project management and\/or design<\/li>\n<li>Experience in analysing contracts and RFQs<\/li>\n<li>Excellent I.T.skills.
