We will become the most valued employer, healthcare supplier, business partner and corporate citizen in region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0Research Scientist<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Working under the supervision on the Manager, Pharmaceutical Research and Development, the\u00a0successful candidate will\u00a0assist in scientific research from preformulation through process development and technology transfer to manufacturing,\u00a0leading to commercial oral and tropical formulations<\/li>\n<li>Must ensure\u00a0strict adherence of the laboratory and production areas to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), approved process\u00a0steps, SOP&#8217;s., quality procedures, validation, safety, and environmental standards while operating within the profit plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We compensate our employees well and are committed to their development. Salaries are commensurate with experience.<br \/>\n<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate should have a\u00a0Bachelor&#8217;s\u00a0or Master&#8217;s degree in Pharmaceutics with at least\u00a0two years in formulation process development in cGMP environment.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she should be able to function\u00a0independently and interact on multifunctional teams to resolve a wide range\u00a0of formulation manufacturing issues<\/li>\n<li>Candidates for employment at LaGray must have demonstrated ability to comfortably and effectively lead\/work in a team environment, be adaptable to change, manage multiple priorities, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and proficiency with computers and related software<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a &#8220;Can Do&#8221; attitude are imperative<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of motivation and initiative is an expectation. Residency in and around Nswam is an advantage for most position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>2.\u00a0Quality Assurance Engineer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>This position, under the general direction of the Manager, Quality Assurance will provide quality engineering support toward the design, development, installation, start-up, validation and maintenance of products, processes, equipment, and facilities.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate supports the performance of qualification and validation studies and ensures adherence to cGMP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We compensate our employees well and are committed to their development. Salaries are commensurate with experience.<br \/>\n<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position requires well developed, engineering and\/or technical skills and knowledge, which are normally attained with a degree in engineering, chemistry or related field<\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree is preferred<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required either in the pharmaceutical or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry<\/li>\n<li>Clean Room and cGMP training will be required and provided<\/li>\n<li>Candidates for employment at LaGray must have demonstrated ability to comfortably and effectively lead\/work in a team environment, be adaptable to change, manage multiple priorities, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and proficiency with computers and related software<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a &#8220;Can Do&#8221; attitude are imperative<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of motivation and initiative is an expectation. Residency in and around Nswam is an advantage for most position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>3.\u00a0Medical Representative<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the general guidance of the\u00a0Manager, Business development, the\u00a0primary job functions are:<\/li>\n<li>Detailing of LaGray products&#8217; attributes to doctors, nurses, associations\u00a0of patients etc<\/li>\n<li>Support\u00a0in wider organizational activities, events towards education of patients, doctors, nurses and all relevant stakeholders on disease prevention and\u00a0treatment<\/li>\n<li>Establish and\u00a0reinforce relationships with authorities, central pharmacy, Ministry of Health and Key Opinion Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Support in the organization of local scientific events (symposia, conferences)<\/li>\n<li>Investigate, collect and disseminate market and competitor information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We compensate our employees well and are committed to their development.
