Our aim is to attract and guide the most talented, innovative and creative technology minds.<\/p>\n<p>We are now looking for a Sales Operations Graduate to start in\u00a0<strong>November 2021<\/strong>\u00a0who will drive and continuously develop sales process and tools in the Region. You will own directives and guidelines to secure adherence to Ericsson guidelines, and secure effective funnel management and pipeline quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive adherence to sales process and tools<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales operations related change programs (for new corporate or regional initiatives)<\/li>\n<li>You will Manage the sales funnel as well the sales tools<\/li>\n<li>Guard sales governance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in the role you should have<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems Management, Economics, and\/or Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Min years of experience: 1 year or less<\/li>\n<li>Technical and\/or project management background<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; Organizing<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Great at adapting &amp; responding to Change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Offering You<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 months (plus) graduate program \u2013 we offer you a great training program before you move into an experienced job<\/li>\n<li>Explore your passion for innovation and your desire to join a leader.
