The job requires managing Orals and deliver market development campaign and innovations across Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager Oral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the brand marketing plan through an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing activity in line with Orals brand marketing plans ensuring consistency with \u2018brand key\u2019 vision and \u2018brand vision\u2019 plan.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze brand performance and brand health by constant evaluation of national support activities against measurable objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver specific innovations as per the brand strategy to deliver growth in the market share and other performance indicators as outlined by the business\/function and Line Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P\u2019s). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of brand strategies and plans in order to achieve short and long-term business targets (financial and in-market performance).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of brand plans within designated timelines and budget restrictions and in the execution of consumer support programs (consumer promotion), market research and design.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the creative development process and execution of the brand activation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monitoring and analysing competitive and marketplace activity.<\/li>\n<li>Managing of all day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross functional team to land flawlessly all marketing related activities and project innovations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years brand management in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment or marketing role.<\/li>\n<li>Customer marketing experience and market research is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant business management and project management experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relevant Experience<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agility<\/li>\n<li>Personal mastery<\/li>\n<li>Talent catalyst<\/li>\n<li>Consumer love<\/li>\n<li>Passion for high performance<\/li>\n<li>Business Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Purpose service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
