\n\u2022 Take customers through the order process
\n\u2022 Answer questions and address complaints
\n\u2022 Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
\n\u2022 Receive packages, letters etc. and distribute them
\n\u2022 Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material(pens, forms, paper etc)
\n\u2022 Monitor Office supplies and place orders when necessary
\n\u2022 Take up other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist or relevant position
\n\u2022 Proficient in English(Oral and written)
\n\u2022 Strong Communication and people skills
\n\u2022 Good phone skills
\n\u2022 Good organizational and multitasking abilities
\n\u2022 Customer service orientation
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Ms Office(especially excel and word)<\/p>\n
\nNegotiable
