In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position is a permanent position based in Accra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in senior management level<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any technical field<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of, and hands-on experience in project management, demonstrate leadership in managing cross functional stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Expertise and experience in in cold chain hands-on management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the food and beverages or dairy industry with excellent safety orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About us<\/p>\n<p>Fan Milk, a Danone Company is a leading manufacturer and retailer of ice cream, juices, yogurt and frozen dairy on the West African market.
