A postgraduate degree in one of the disciplines will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Membership of a relevant professional association will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>2. Training Officer<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:<\/strong>\u00a0Regional Branch or District Centre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To co-ordinate technical apprentice, visiting apprentice and internship training at a GRATIS Regional Branch or District Centre. Monitor, appraise and report on the performance of trainees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher National Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Technician Part III both with production option<\/li>\n<li>A higher qualification will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>3.\u00a0Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:<\/strong>\u00a0Gratis Head Office, Tema<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To implement the corporate marketing plan of GRATIS Foundation involving market research, advertising, sales and public relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, plus a Master&#8217;s in Business Administration (Marketing)<\/li>\n<li>Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Ghana)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>4.\u00a0Cost and Management Accountant<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:<\/strong>\u00a0Gratis Head Office, Tema<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To\u00a0provide support to the\u00a0Finance Manager in the costing of products and services to ensure cost recovery and sustainability of GRATIS operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Chartered Institute of Cost and Management Accounting (CIMA) Part III<\/li>\n<li>Membership of relevant professional association will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>5.\u00a0Operations Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:<\/strong>\u00a0erstwhile GISDC, Located on Tema Technical Institute<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinates the training of employees of industries in mechanical, electrical and process engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Additional qualification in Education will be an advantage<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>6.\u00a0Training Co-ordinator<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Duty Station:<\/strong>\u00a0Gratis Head Office, Tema<\/p>\n<p><strong>Major Function:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training is a core activity of GRATIS Foundation that is supported by the Government of Ghana because the nature of GRATIS programmes enhances employment and self-employment. A candidate Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the training programmes at GRATIS Head Office, Regional Branches and District Rural Technology Service Centres (RTSCs). The programme are a 3-year full time technical apprentice training, part-time visiting apprentice training and internships for university, polytechnic and technical school students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in mechanical engineering with production bias.
