Evaluates success or failure of HR objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Business Partner\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education And Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Typically requires a Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 0 \u2013 2 years of directly related experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary Of Duties<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooperation with Regional HR Manager EMEA- HR strategies and decisions,<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with HR SSC,<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and onboarding process,<\/li>\n<li>Trainings and development- coordination and conducting,<\/li>\n<li>Processing all HR Admin \u2013 contracts, terminations, changes in contracts etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Being a business partner\/ advisor for managers in people related issues,<\/li>\n<li>Provide HR support and advice to employees explaining policies and procedures on a timely and effective manner,<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with outsourcing companies \u2013 HR administration, recruitment etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with several years\u2019 experience in a similar position, preferably in an international and fast moving business environment;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the mining and drilling service industry desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Ghanaian law and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of MS Office; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; strong interpersonal and communication skills on all levels;<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver, result and deadline oriented, strong work ethics .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for the design and implementation of a variety of HR programs, procedures, plans, and activities (benefits, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, HRIS, training and talent management).
