follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity<\/li>\n<li>Identify sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Develop new and incremental contract business<\/li>\n<li>Persuade customers to stock products<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure products\/brands are available widely in assigned sales area<\/li>\n<li>Develop and supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and attend exhibitions, regional, and national promotional opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and update knowledge of Company\u2019s and competitors\u2019 products and speak with other sales and marketing personnel to work out the best methods of promoting products<\/li>\n<li>Utilize competitive information and marketplace data where appropriate to close orders<\/li>\n<li>Establish rapport and maintains contact with contract clients and potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Note customers\u2019 reactions to new products and relay information back to Head of Department<\/li>\n<li>Ensure loyalty of existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Discuss prices, after-sales customer service, guarantee and delivery schedules with customers<\/li>\n<li>Position products with the customer, discuss customer benefits, confirm pricing, handle objections and close orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow ups, and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sales records and up to date activity on progress to provide accurate forecasting reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Personal training needs identified and discussed with brewing Manager<\/li>\n<li>To align overall territory plans to national plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that territories are resourced appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration or equivalent qualification HND [Marketing] or CIM [Certificate, Diploma, Advanced]<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in similar field \u2013 at least 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Good product knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Ability to compile, analyze and interpret sales activities<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a drivers license with a clean record<\/li>\n<li>Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community<\/li>\n<li>Ability to persuade and influence others<\/li>\n<li>Ability to utilize advertising and\/or sales promotion techniques<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and solve problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programmes and\/or events<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of sales documentation methods and procedures<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and\/or follow up sales leads and referrals<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive, persistent, methodical;
