\n\u2022 Directs maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment such as brooder houses, layer house, automatic feeders, waters, and layer nests.
\n\u2022 Participates in work activities to expedite work load.
\n\u2022 Adjusts control program as required and monitors ventilation of houses on the farms;
\n\u2022 Administers medications and vaccinations
\n\u2022 Insures bio security measures are in place and followed.
\n\u2022 Ensures that egg and egg room sanitation procedures are followed.
\n\u2022 Accountable for implementing a rodent and vector control program on the farm;
\n\u2022 Prepares egg production, feed consumption and chicken mortality reports<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Inspect and monitor feed quality, weight, and packaging<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0PROBLEM SOLVING<\/strong><\/em>\u2013 Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
