\n\u2022 Conducting detailed research on particular topics.
\n\u2022 Preparing pre-hearing memoranda and opinions as well as identifying key issues in matters the Line Manager is scheduled to hear,
\n\u2022 Assisting the Line Manager in court; Taking detailed notes of oral arguments during hearings;
\n\u2022 Assisting the Line Manager in related work such as committees and organisational work;
\n\u2022 Citing-and fact-checking drafts of documents; and
\n\u2022 Administering court papers and Case Management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be on the Roll of Lawyers and a member of the Ghana Bar Association in good standing.
\n\u2022 High moral character with Proven Integrity
\n\u2022 Other advantages: Corporate Secretarial experience.
\n\u2022 Should be highly proficient in the use of ICT tools.<\/p>\n
