Zoomlion Ghana recruits <strong>Regional Human Resource Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to and best practices in Human Resource Management are followed in the region<br \/>\nAssist in the recruitment of regional staff in accordance with HR policies and procedures<br \/>\nIdentifying and analyzing staff training needs in conjunction with the respective Regional Supervisor and the Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nPlanning and deliverying training and orientation programs for new staff<br \/>\nManaging the welfare issues of staff as dictated by the welfare constitution<br \/>\nAdministering HR policies and procedures, absence management and health and safety<br \/>\nUndertaking regular salary surveys in comparator organisations, public and private sector to ensure salaries of staff are competitive in the region<br \/>\nCollate information on staff salaries and ensure the timely submission to the head office for processing<br \/>\nMaintaining and updating staff records regularly in the region<br \/>\nInterpreting and advising on employment legislation to staff<br \/>\nListening to grievances implementing disciplinary policies and procedures in accordanc with HR policies and procedures<br \/>\nDeveloping HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staffing requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels for the region<br \/>\nMonitor daily attendance of staff and investigate staff absenteeism<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BSc in HRM\/Psychology, BBA (HRM) or Management studies from a recognised university<br \/>\nThree (3) to five (5) years experience in a similar position<br \/>\nSkills, Abilities, Compentencies:<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and with minimum supervision<br \/>\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nHardworking, team player, result-oriented and the ability to multitask<br \/>\nVery fair and firm personality<br \/>\nGood working knowledge of Ghana Labour Act 651<br \/>\nCandidate must have own accomodation and reside in Koforidua, Tamale or Bolgatanga<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons with the requisite qualification related working experience shoud submit their applications with detailed current CVs including names and addresses of references and contact numbers to the address listed below:<\/p>\n<p>The HR  Manager<br \/>\nZoomlion Ghana Ltd<br \/>\nPMB 117<br \/>\nMadina, Accra<\/p>\n<p>Office Location: Ashaley Botwe near Ayensu River Estates<\/p>\n<p>Email: <strong>zoomlionhrm@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zoomlion Ghana Limited is a waste management company on the environmental landscape of Ghana.
