Plays an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budgets and operates profitably.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Accounts Procurement Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.<\/li>\n<li>CIPS Certification or any relevant supply chain or procurement and supply certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience as a Procurement Supervisor or related position<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook &amp; Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and precise attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills,<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Good Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have extensive knowledge of safety, health and environmental issues as they affect the workplace, including local regulations, national requirements, and governmental agency requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Must have working knowledge of procurement laws and practices, and general work rules and standard operating procedures for the terminal.<\/li>\n<li>Requires exceptional time management, due to fast-moving, demanding work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to make effective presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of procurement decisions overall in the company.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purchases goods or services for on behalf of the organization.
