{"id":62792,"date":"2021-11-18T08:24:33","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T08:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=62792"},"modified":"2021-11-18T08:24:33","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T08:24:33","slug":"bolt-jobs-2021-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/bolt-jobs-2021-6.html","title":{"rendered":"Bolt Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced marketer to plan and coordinate our local marketing activities across our top markets in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be overseeing the work of Local Marketing Managers in select markets and supporting your other markets with hands-on planning and implementation of marketing activities targeting both riders and drivers.<\/p>\n<p>If you are someone with a strong ambition to move things forward, with experience in high-level budgeting and marketing planning, interested in working on global campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of people every month, then this is the chance for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Daily Adventures Will Include<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate Bolt\u2019s marketing activities for both riders and drivers in our key markets in Africa<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with our Local Marketing Managers and help them plan and implement local marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate the information flow between the local teams and HQ Marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all our regional marketing activities have a high reach and positive ROI<\/li>\n<li>Come up with new rider and driver marketing incentives to increase the number of rides in our key markets<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that all global marketing activities are aligned with Bolt\u2019s branded messaging and visual branding<\/li>\n<li>Report on all local marketing activities and keep all campaigns well documented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience with a wide range of online + offline marketing channels<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience managing small teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and scaling marketing initiatives with big budgets<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns reaching 1M+ people<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven organisational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven approach to tracking and analysing campaign results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced marketer to plan and coordinate our local marketing activities across our top markets in Africa.
