Job Title: HR Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 To functionally and administratively supervise all activities in the Human Resources Department.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 To functionally and administratively supervise all activities in Human Resources Department.
\n\u2022 To participate in the setting of the company\u2019s strategies, objectives, polices and plans related to Human Capital field.
\n\u2022 Preparing of the estimated budget of Human Resources Department include all employees entitlements, benefits, services , welfare and other activities, getting the approval from the company\u2019s top management, and monitoring the budget implementation.
\n\u2022 Coordination with other Departments, regarding the human resources affairs and the work environment.
\n\u2022 Providing the new regulations, rules, policies and decisions, which related to the man force to all Divisions, Departments and sections in order to put it into implementation.
\n\u2022 Representing the company for external partners with regard to Human Resource affairs (labor office, SSNIT, GRA, medical service providers .etc.).
\n\u2022 Proposing and developing an attendance Management System.
\n\u2022 To pay the monthly salaries, bonuses, allowances and other benefits in time.
\n\u2022 To manage the performance management system process (annually & biannual).
\n\u2022 To follow promotions, transferring, and allowances procedures.
\n\u2022 To follow the procedures of punishment action against the violators of KRC\u2019s regulations, Rules, Systems and polices and awarding the outstanding employees.
\n\u2022 To receive and deal with all employees complaints and find the suitable solutions.
\n\u2022 To carry out any other Jobs as instructed by his direct Supervisor.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Competencies\/Skills Required<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum high school graduate with a training on Human Resource aspects.
\n\u2022 5 years\u2019 experience in human resources aspects preferably in refinery\/terminal environment is desirable.<\/p>\n

Functional<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic office skills, including data entry, & word processing skills.
\n\u2022 Team management.
\n\u2022 Conflict Management.
\n\u2022 Customer service and interpersonal skill is must.
\n\u2022 People management skill with leadership ability is must.<\/p>\n
