{"id":62869,"date":"2021-11-22T10:01:40","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T10:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=62869"},"modified":"2021-11-22T10:01:40","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T10:01:40","slug":"tema-oil-terminal-new-recruitment-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tema-oil-terminal-new-recruitment-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Tema Oil Terminal New Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: IT Support Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, IT equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks<br \/>\n\u2022 Talk to users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.<br \/>\n\u2022 Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.<br \/>\n\u2022 Replace parts as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the roll-out of new applications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set up new users\u2019 accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.<br \/>\n\u2022 Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).<br \/>\n\u2022 Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time<br \/>\n\u2022 Rapidly establish a good working relationship with users and other professionals, such as software developers<br \/>\n\u2022 Test and evaluate new technology<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Key Competencies\/Skills Required<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Minimum high school graduate with a certification in computer networking and hardware.
