Supervise the Gantry, Tank Farm &amp; Vessel Operations of the Terminal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure that all Operations activities carried out in the Terminal are undertaken in an efficient, safe and reliable manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain control of the principle operational parameters.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that products enter and leave the terminal storage with minimal loss and complete product integrity.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that all standard operating procedures are strictly followed by the staff in the terminal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out daily terminal operations in accordance with goals set down by General Manager.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the Terminal meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers with fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and quality of products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct walkabout to identify areas of improvement, recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate and implement best practices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and present daily and other operational reports to the General Manager when requested.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent the General Manager when he is not on site.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strive for zero accidents and report all near misses.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that HSSE policies are strictly followed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure adherence of PTW System, Incident Reporting System, Legal Management System.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct training for Terminal staff periodically on Operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all stationary, consumables are available in the Terminal at all time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Key Competencies\/ Skills Required<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor Degree in Engineering<br \/>\n\u2022 Ten to fifteen years\u2019 experience Terminal Operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Have experience in handling vessel operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Have operating knowledge in Terminal Automation System.<br \/>\n\u2022 Have thorough knowledge in stock accounting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Have knowledge of ISO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Have thorough knowledge in ASTM procedure for oil operation and measurement<br \/>\n\u2022 Have thorough knowledge in Safety Systems &amp;
