{"id":62872,"date":"2021-11-22T09:50:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:50:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=62872"},"modified":"2021-11-22T09:50:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:50:45","slug":"tema-oil-terminal-recruitment-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tema-oil-terminal-recruitment-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Tema Oil Terminal Recruitment 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Mechanical Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Works in collaboration with the mechanical supervisors to maintain the physical assets of the terminal area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform the planned preventive, unplanned breakdown, and opportunity mechanical maintenance, refurbishment, repair activities to deliver quality, reliable equipment back to the Unit.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provides the day-to-day heavy equipment support.<br \/>\n\u2022 Act as maintenance support to Operations when called for to deal with prioritised needs of the terminal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform all the preventive mechanical maintenance activities and record in respective equipment history books<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor \/ inspect, oiling and greasing, if required of all equipment on daily basis<br \/>\n\u2022 Testing, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical equipment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Adhere to maintenance plans to improve assets reliability and usage life span.<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake preventive maintenance program for equipment\u2019s as per schedule and record.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work in accordance with department goals as per the Company Maintenance Policy and strive towards reliability, cost-effectiveness, optimum maintenance and efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure the observance of safety and fire regulations and good housekeeping practices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Schedule the activities as per the maintenance plan.<br \/>\n\u2022 Report and discuss accidents, incidents, near misses, pollution or emission occurrences.<br \/>\n\u2022 Attends that equipment preparation requirements, e.g., permit to work, draining, cooling, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain the area in an orderly manner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies\/Skills Required<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 3 Years\u2019 experience as maintenance technician.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Functional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge in entire process of the Terminal.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in computer.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong documentation skill like maintaining log book etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be able to perform basic math skills that will encompass, adding and subtracting fractions, word problems, percentages, mixed numbers, decimals, and basic mechanics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in the use of measuring devices, like gauging tapes, thermometers, tapes measures, Knowledge of basic computer skills, excel, work Microsoft office and outlook.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavioural<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 High level of attention to details<br \/>\n\u2022 Team player.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Tema<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to work at Tema Oil Terminal, please send a cover letter and a CV with the Position as the subject to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>info@totgh.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong>\u00a022 November, 2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title: Mechanical Technician Purpose of the Role \u2022 Works in collaboration with the mechanical supervisors to maintain the physical assets of the terminal area.
