{"id":62874,"date":"2021-11-22T09:43:05","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=62874"},"modified":"2021-11-22T09:43:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:43:05","slug":"tema-oil-terminal-jobs-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tema-oil-terminal-jobs-2021.html","title":{"rendered":"Tema Oil Terminal Jobs 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Stock Accountant\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Supervise stock accounting and billing of truck of the Terminal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage the team of Billing Executive, Office Boy and Stock accountant and own the Job Description of the entire team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure correctness of Stock Accounting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure deliveries are made as per stock\/release\/CMA Balance and product available to deliver.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure stock loss within targeted parameter.<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out day end reconciliation of Tank Truck Loading and generate report.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all MIS prepared and reported in time.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with Lab for release of tanks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with Operations Department on product availability on daily basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure to maintain vessel performance parameter.<br \/>\n\u2022 Design system of record keeping.<br \/>\n\u2022 Any other additional job assigned by the Terminal Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Required &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Key Competencies\/ Skills Required<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor Degree in finance background.<br \/>\n\u2022 3 years\u2019 experience in stock management in terminal operation.
