\n\u2022 Supervise cooks and assist as needed
\n\u2022 Slightly modify recipes to meet customers needs and requests (e.g reduce salt, remove dairy)
\n\u2022 Monitor food stock and place orders
\n\u2022 Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
\n\u2022 Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
\n\u2022 Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
\n\u2022 Leadership skills
\n\u2022 Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
\n\u2022 Excellent time management abilities
\n\u2022 Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
\n\u2022 Familiarity with sanitation regulations
\n\u2022 Culinary school diploma preferred<\/p>\n
