Tata Africa shares the core Tata values of business ethics and social responsibility<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Deputy Manager &#8211; Construction Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The position reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>The Head, Sales and Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Responsibilities for the entire operation of the Construction Equipment Division.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop team for marketing and sale of construction equipment<\/li>\n<li>Assign duties and targets to sales team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that sales targets are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Segment the market for effective penetration<\/li>\n<li>Design training programs to equip sales team<\/li>\n<li>Any other job that will be assigned by superior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong>\u00a0The positions come with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Marketing or its equivalent with at least eight (8) years working experience preferably in Construction Industry<\/li>\n<li>A professional certificate in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Skills &amp;\u00a0Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a flare for construction equipment<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills (Oral &amp;\u00a0written)<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy in\u00a0Excel, Word and Powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Able to navigate the internet<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a team<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship<\/li>\n<li>Good report writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications with detailed CVs, one passport size photograph and two references and their full contacts should be sent to:<\/p>\n<div><strong><\/strong><strong>The HR\/Admin Manager<br \/>\nTATA\u00a0Holdings (Ghana)\u00a0Limited<br \/>\nP.
