The recruits will be key in supporting the existing team in translating project goals and objectives into deliverables in the communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain all relevant database of district farmer group details (Training, Input, planting material etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Give technical advice on good agricultural practices<\/li>\n<li>Lead in all community development interventions (Child labor, VSLA, CAPs)<\/li>\n<li>Lead prospering farmer interventions (register farmers for Inputs packages)<\/li>\n<li>Submit weekly report to sector manger<\/li>\n<li>Ensure 100% registrations of all farmers delivering cocoa to the district<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Client visits<\/li>\n<li>Establish nurseries to provide planting material for farmers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum qualification of Diploma in Agriculture, Social Works, Community Development.
