Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Office Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Office Manager will be based at our Head Office at Asylum Down and will be responsible for the following among other tasks:<\/p>\n Key Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide leadership to staff in the office to ensure and within the company. .<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure smooth running of the office including maintenance of facilities.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with vendors and other service providers to achieve best value procurement.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure compliance with licensing and other regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate activities of restaurant Branch Managers and participate in decision making processes.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support a new Team of Client Service staff to implement our upcoming social service project.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist to recruit and train new staff for the company.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Represent the Director in making decisions on important company issues.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support business promotion activities.<\/p>\n The Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate maturity and commitment to work.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Have pleasant personality to be able to relate with different clients and staff.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be proactive and fast learner.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be computer literate with practical experience.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to set work agenda and execute strategies for implementation.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Able to work flexible hours.<\/p>\n \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to drive is an advantage.<\/p>\n Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n A minimum of first degree from a recognized University or equivalent certificate.<\/p>\n Salary: Competitive and reflective of experience and qualification<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Our company is into healthy food production.
