\nThe successful candidate shall be responsible for managing all investigative processes by utilizing policies and procedures made available in order to protect assets and information for the Group. He\/she shall also be required to apply acquired knowledge and experience to provide the necessary support for the Group to help achieve corporate objectives.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure consistent improvement in security deliverables such as background checks, audit and investigations
\nInitiate and monitor preventive and precautionary measures to minimize criminal activities for the company
\nEnsure that appropriate devices and resources are procured for the efficient and effective running of the department
\nMaintain a strong bond with key regulators – Ghana Police, Military, Bureau of National Investigation, Judiciary, Ministry of Interior etc
\nBuild an effective and reliable information acquisition platform for the subsidiary
\nProvide advice to stakeholders based on intelligence gathered from investigations
\nCompile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on crimes, thefts cases etc for the Group<\/p>\n
\nMust have attained the rank of Captain or above for Military or ASP or above for Police\/Intelligence Services
\nAt least ten (10) years relevant security experience (3 of which should have been in a managerial position)
\nSound investigative and reporting skills
\nProven leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
\nExcellent communication skills
\nAdept at Microsoft office suite
\nMedically and physically fit for the position
