Facilities Manager Job Vacancy<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Soft Facilities Manager shall be responsible for coordinating and assigning all duties of building maintenance staff to ensure building is maintained in optimal operational condition. The role reports to the Head of Property.<\/p>\n<p>Role Specific Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support, develop and motivate Facilities Managers in delivering operational facilities management (FM)<\/li>\n<li>Act as an advisor to Facilities management and other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop effective key performance indicators and service level agreements for FM services<\/li>\n<li>Advise management of agreed business support projects<\/li>\n<li>Support with the preparation of overall business continuity plan in line with Property policies<\/li>\n<li>Manage agreed revenue and capital budgets<\/li>\n<li>Provide service contracts that deliver value for money, exceptional standards and exceed customer expectations<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on agreed projects within timescales and cost targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business and Finance or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Member of the Ghanaian Institute of Facilities Management<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years experience within a similar environment with proven track record of successful delivery<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of Facilities management- soft and hard service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Person Specific Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong commercial and business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Customer obsessed<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Risk taker<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Can work effectively under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good management skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send attahed CVs to\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">cv1@platogh.com<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Note: Only short listed candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p>Closing 30th December, 2011<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Snr.
