If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager \u2013 Human Resources\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Managers in this role get to:<\/p>\n<p>Shape workplace culture:Offer support, boost engagement, and inspire positive attitudes; promote our Extra Mile and Platinum Awards programs<\/p>\n<p>Take the lead:Establish and execute HR strategies to address challenges with performance and employee retention and engagement<\/p>\n<p>Keep Sutherland aligned:Measure and monitor existing policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Promote an open-door policy:Remain available to the team and encourage a collaborative environment<\/p>\n<p>Strengthen relationships:Create sustainable solutions to individual employee challenges<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Our most successful candidates will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Four-year post-secondary degree<\/li>\n<li>Seven to ten years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active approach in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sutherland is seeking a reliable and organized person to join us as a HR Manager.
